Our tour starts in Villefranche-sur-Mer, 8 miles west of Monaco on France's Cote d' Azur which is also the destination for our Monaco Historic tour, (as a consequence the two tours can be conducted back to back). From here we drive across the Italian border hugging the coastline along the Italian Riviera to Portofino, where our hotel is based at nearby St. Margherita on the waterfront overlooking the Marina. From here we drive north-east to Maranello, the home of Ferrari, where we visit the Galleria Ferrari, a modern museum devoted to Ferraris just around the corner from the Ferrari factory. We then drive up to Lake Garda the largest of the Italian lakes and our base for the next 4 nights. On Thursday we visit nearby Brescia to watch the build-up and the start of the exciting Mille Miglia classic re-run. Over the next two days we explore Lake Garda and the surrounding area and then return to Brescia on Saturday to watch the return of the Millia Miglia cars. After the weekend we then drive west via Lake Iseo to Lake Como, our next overnight stop.We then spend a day touring this attractive lake. We then move on to Lake Maggiore via Lake Lugano and spend a day driving around the final of our Italian Lakes.

A weekend in the stunning, springtime English Lake District visiting all of the well-known lakes and crossing all of the famous passes

Two dozen cars ranging from a Triumph Spitfire to a Ferrari GTO replica took part in our first English tour of 2007. Classic Car Tours International

Six years ago we launched Classic Car Tours International with a car tour of England's Lake District and also a car tour of Western Scotland followed by our first overseas touring holiday for classic and sports cars in the Pyrenees visiting both Spain and France. We also for the first time organised a touring holiday to watch the classic car races at Angouleme's Circuit des Remparts in South West France.

In 2007 we are planning five car touring holidays in France one in the Spanish Pyrenees and a tour through 7 European countries. Our UK tours feature four car tours in England and one each in Scotland, Ireland and Wales.

Over 75% of our original clients are still with us and since our first car tour we have delighted hundreds of other classic car and sports car enthusiasts many of whom have also become regulars as well as friends.
